Who We Are?

A Few Words About Us

Nicole Adolph and Demetria Wilson have, individually, planned or assisted in the planning of events for over 20 years. After planning several events together, they decided to partner and create Before the Event, LLC. Both are highly organized and passionate about giving you the event of your dreams!

We are your support to ensure that you have a successful event. Whether your event includes weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, get-togethers, etc., we are there for you. We do so you can enjoy and be a part of your event.

Based on the package you select below, we will outreach to our extensive array of contacts to pair you with the best vendors in the area, or work very closely with your contacts. In addition, we will ensure that your event is on schedule and within budget! If one of these packages just doesn’t fit, let us know. We will be happy to work with you.

Plan My Event!

You give us a vision, we’ll make it happen! This is our soup-to-nuts package where we will work closely with you throughout the entire process. We’ll drive, you direct.


 

This Package Includes:

 

– Monthly Face to Face Planning Meetings
– Regular Emails/Texts/Phone Calls for updates/questions
– Meetings with Vendors & Venues (we will go with you or on your behalf)
– Vendor/Venue Contract Review
– Schedule Creation & Tracking
– Budget Creation & Tracking
– Event Timeline Creation (rehearsal included)
– Event Set Up
– Event Coordination (rehearsal included)
– Serve as Point of Contact for Vendors
– Contact(s) prior to event
– Monitor during event
– Distribute payments by/before deadline
– Assist with Event Take Down

– Up to 4 Face to Face Planning Meetings
– Regular Emails/Texts/Phone Calls for updates/questions
– Schedule Creation & Tracking
– Budget Creation & Tracking
– Event Timeline Creation (rehearsal included)
– Event Coordination (rehearsal included)
– Serve as Point of Contact for Vendors
– Contact(s) prior to event
– Monitor during event
– Distribute payments by/before deadline
– Arrival 2 Hours Prior to Event & Coordinate Through Agreed Upon Time.

You’re an event planner at heart! Now you want to sit, relax, get your dance on, and truly experience the fruits of your labor. Most importantly, you want to enjoy quality time with your guests! We are here to step in!


 

 

This package includes:

 

– 1 Face to Face Planning Meeting
– Regular Emails/Texts/Phone Calls for updates/questions
– Event Set Up (Arrival 2 hours Prior to Event)
– Event Coordination (rehearsal included)
– Activities Coordination
– Serve as Point of Contact for Vendors
– Monitor during event
– Distribute payment at the end of the event

WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO?

 

There are other tasks we will gladly do for you. Pricing for these will be dependent upon the time commitment (Hourly rate: $75).

– Manage Guest list & RSVP
– Vendors Research & Provide Recommendations
– Assist with Event Clean Up
– Manage Guest Accommodations
– Early Arrival (prior to 2 hours before)
– Storage of Event Items (One time fee dependent upon # of items)
